With support from Network Rail, Static re-created the “Welcome to Harlesden” sign with vibrant colours and a bold design featuring patterns and shapes. The 60m long mural which, runs alongside the pedestrian walkway where Harrow Road joins the High Street was designed to speak conversations and inspire more projects in the area.
